Serbaserbi Store provides digital-product purchasing, document-checking, and email-code delivery services through its website and Telegram bots.

Information we process

• Telegram account identifiers, usernames, transaction history, balance, and support records.
• Order, payment-status, product-delivery, warranty, and uploaded document information required to provide a purchased service.
• For Gmail-powered services, read-only access to messages from configured service senders. Message content is processed only to deliver the email or verification information requested by an authorized customer.

How information is used

Information is used to fulfil orders, verify payments, prevent duplicate voucher or email use, provide customer support, maintain service security, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising.

Google API data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail access is read-only and limited to the functionality requested by the user.

Storage, security, and deletion
